Courtney Grayden works with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them develop strategies and life skills to improve their overall well-being. It brings her joy to witness the positive changes that can occur with the support and guidance of a trained professional. She assists individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, behavioral challenges, and adjustment issues utilizing a Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused-CBT approach to treatment.

Courtney holds an undergraduate degree from Chapman University and graduate degree from Pepperdine University. Her professional experience has been at a county mental health clinic, behavior and therapeutic school, and The Weichman Clinic at the Hoag Neurosciences Institute. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Andrea Stokke, LMFT

Andrea is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She looks forward to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life by integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR into her practice.

With experience working with survivors of trauma both in private practice and community mental health clinics, Andrea believes therapy can be a transformational process that can help reclaim agency. Building on this foundation, Andrea works with people facing a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and other mood concerns.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrea offers sessions in both English and Spanish and intentionally integrates her multicultural background into her work. She believes that our unique backgrounds influence how we experience life and can help define our strengths.

Andrea provides therapy to individuals in-person in Orange County and online throughout the entire state of California.
